Singbow (Representative: Jai Hyeong Park, Business Registration No. 177-52-00954, 204-606, 46-25 Gangnamdong-ro, Yeosu-si, Jeollanam-do, Republic of Korea) runs singbow.com. This policy explains what we collect when you order a song and what we do with it. Questions or requests: akkop78@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Your answers: the recipient's name and nickname, your relationship, the occasion, their traits, your memory and your message, plus the style you choose.
- Your email address, so you can get back to your song and receive your receipt.
- Voice answers: if you use the microphone, the recording is sent to be turned into text and then discarded. We do not store your recordings; we keep only the text you confirm.
- Photos: if you buy a photo video, the photos you upload. We remove their hidden details (such as location) when we receive them, use them only to make your video, and delete them as soon as the video is made.
- Payment: handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy. We never see your card number. We receive your email, order number and payment status.
- Technical data: IP address and basic request logs, used to keep the site working and to prevent abuse (for example, limiting voice recordings per hour).
We do not use advertising trackers on the order pages, and we do not sell your personal information.
Why we use it
- To write the lyrics and make your song.
- To check the song (length, and that the name and your memory can be heard).
- To take payment, deliver the song and answer support requests.
- To screen out content that is unsafe or that names real artists or songs.
Services that process your data
- OpenAI (USA): checks your answers and uploaded photos for safety, tidies voice answers and writes the lyrics. Data sent through the OpenAI API is not used to train their models by default.
- ElevenLabs (USA): turns voice answers into text, makes the music and vocals, and transcribes the song so we can check it. We have turned off the use of our data for training ElevenLabs models. ElevenLabs may keep requests for a limited time under its own policy.
- Lemon Squeezy (USA): our Merchant of Record for payments, taxes and receipts.
- Cloudflare (USA): domain, network security and delivery of the website.
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep your order, lyrics and song for up to 2 years so you can download your song again, then delete them. Uploaded photos are deleted once your photo video is made, or 14 days after upload if it isn't; the finished photo video is kept with your song. Orders that are never paid are deleted after 90 days. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your order earlier at any time.
Your choices and rights
Email us to see, correct or delete your data, or to object to how we use it. We reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California, the EU or the UK) you may have additional rights under local law, and you will not be treated differently for using them.
Children
Singbow is for adults. Songs can be made for children, but only an adult can order. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Security
The site uses HTTPS, access to orders requires the private order link, and full songs can only be downloaded after payment.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above.
